Today I got up early morning.... half an hour before my usual time (c'mon thats a big deal for me)... got ready and went out to cast the second vote of my life...
Its actually true... you really do get a sense of purpose... you really do believe that your one vote is going to make all the difference in the world... you really do feel like being part of something worthwhile when you see a trickle pouring out of the polling booths even at the early hour....
But most of all its when you get marked by the poll-ink dot.... I mean its seriously cool.... a sure symbol that you have been a responsible citizen and all..... better than a stupid tattoo anyday.....
